At Daily Pranks Store, we want you to have fun with every prank you pull. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a return.

To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to provide a replacement or refund.
